SMS Program & A2P 10DLC Compliance

1. Program Scope

SeaBee Jack's Mobile Oil Change & More, LLC operates two SMS programs:

• Non-marketing (transactional) messages — appointment confirmations, technician en-route notifications, service status updates, invoices, and customer support replies.
• Promotional messages — separate opt-in only — maintenance reminders, seasonal service offers, and auto-care tips.

Customers may opt in to one, both, or neither program. Each program requires its own express written consent. Message frequency for either program varies and will not exceed approximately 4 messages per month.

2. Opt-In Requirements

Explicit consent is required before any message is sent. Consent is obtained by:

• Checking the corresponding consent box on our contact form, which captures the consent language, the mobile number provided, and a timestamp.
• Or by submitting your mobile number to us directly (in person, by phone, or by email) with your express consent to receive SMS messages of the kind described above.

We maintain timestamped opt-in records compliant with TCPA and CTIA guidelines. Consent to receive SMS is never a condition of purchase, and consent is never transferred to any third party.

3. Opt-Out Mechanism

You may opt out of any SeaBee Jack's SMS program at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. We will send a single final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, after which you will receive no further messages of that type unless you re-opt in. Opt-out processing is immediate.

5. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan. SeaBee Jack's Mobile Oil Change & More, LLC does not charge you for messages sent or received through our SMS programs.

6. Supported Carriers

Our SMS programs are supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age in your jurisdiction, to consent to receive SMS messages from SeaBee Jack's Mobile Oil Change & More, LLC.

9. Changes to This Program

We may update these SMS program terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by SMS to active subscribers and/or posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
